Carey Lowell (born April 15, 1970) is an American actor. Carey Lowell began her modeling career with designer brands Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and many others. Her acting career began in the film "Dangerously Close" (1986). Later that year she appeared in the film Club Paradise. It was also in James Bond's film "Licence To Kill" (1989). She later reprised the role in the video game '007 Legends.' However, she is most well-known for her appearance in TV, especially for the role 'Jamie Ross' in the American TV drama 'Law and Order.' The series featured her in both the main character and in a part as a guest. Disillusioned by the media in the early 2000s she made the decision to attend New York University and study documentary filmmaking. The divorce ended after three years of fight together with Richard Gere in 2016. Her life has been clear of controversy ever since.
