But for a young Irish girl with talented parents and extended family, these traits came as a normal. Maureen entered the sanctity of family on the 17th of August 1920, located in Ranelagh (a suburb within Dublin), Ireland. Marguerita Lilburn FitzSimons was her mother. She was a skilled contralto.
