Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell (nee Robertson born on 27 March 1970. She is 5' 9 tall. is an American actor who is famous for her portrayals in the role of the character Dr. Juliet Burke on ABC's television series Lost and as FBI agents Erica Evans on V. She has starred such films like The Santa Clause 2 The Santa Clause. The Escape Clause and Gia. Mitchell co-stars with Eric Kripke in the television series Revolution in the series Revolution NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell is her stepfather. Josephine Marian Mitchell, nee Jenkins (her mother) both have jobs as lawyers out of Dallas. Mitchell and her mom moved from Dallas Texas in 1970 where she got married by her father Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell was a student at Booker T. Washington High School of the Performing and Visual Arts, a public magnet high school. She is the eldest of three sisters with the others including Kristina Kristie Mitchell, Helen Kristie Mitchell as well as Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. Mitchell received a bachelor of fine arts degree in acting at Stephens College in 1991. She also studied at British American Drama Academy.
